Terms & conditions
Last updated: 2026-06-04
These Terms govern access to and use of Talk2data software, hosted services, and related documentation (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity under your account. Workspaces are separate tenants; administrators control membership, billing configuration, and feature entitlements where enabled.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or infringing use of the Services.
- No attempt to bypass security, access other tenants' data, or probe non-public systems.
- No transmission of malware or unsolicited bulk messaging through the product.
Customer data & AI outputs
You retain rights to content you submit. You instruct us (or your self-hosted deployment) to process that content to provide features such as retrieval, chat, and dashboards. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you should verify critical results. You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your use case.
Third-party services
Integrations (LLM APIs, identity providers, databases, MCP servers) are provided by third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and your agreements with them.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALK2DATA AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
